Nearby are Glennifer Lake and Pine Lake to the south, Sylvan Lake to the west, Buffalo Lake to the east and Gull Lake to the north of us. All of these lakes are anywhere from 15 minutes (Sylvan) to 45 minutes from us. We also have Canyon Ski Hill just 10 minutes east of Clearview Point.
It is located in the area of Clearview Ridge, just south of 67th St on the east side of Red Deer, adjacent to the Gaetz Lakes Bird Sanctuary.
Development in Clearview Ridge is complete except for our development, Clearview Point, and some single family homes adjacent to us. The area of Garden Estates to the north of us across 67th Street is still building homes and condos.
Clearview Point is located just south and east of 67th St/Hwy 11 and just a short drive from Hwy 2. Despite the proximity to the Highway, traffic noise is muted thanks to the existence of mature trees as a natural sound barrier.
